Proof-of-Skill is completely free for candidates. There are no fees to create an account, complete skill assessments, or apply to jobs. You can delete your account at any time through your account settings, and all your personal data will be removed from our platform within 30 days of your request.
The ₹32,000 hiring fee is charged only upon a successful hire — when a candidate you sourced through Proof-of-Skill accepts your offer and joins your team. There are no upfront costs, subscription fees, or charges for browsing candidates or posting job requirements.
You can cancel or close any job post at any time at no cost. However, once a hire is confirmed and the fee has been charged, no refunds will be issued. If a candidate does not join after confirmation, please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
