About this role

Role summary The Business Analyst connects affiliates, global programme stakeholders and the technical teams who build and deploy the solution. The role turns business needs at both global and local level into clear, traceable requirements, and keeps local configuration aligned with Core product capabilities. It covers the full lifecycle, from as-is analysis through go-live, hypercare and handover to operations, across both Master Data Management (Reltio) and Analytics. Key responsibilities Stakeholder liaison Bridge between affiliates, the global programme, the MDM team and Cross Product teams. Explain core processes, configurable options, and system behaviour and capabilities to global and local stakeholders. Prepare and run ad-hoc problem-resolution sessions as needed. As-is analysis, requirements and configuration Conduct as-is analysis and baseline validation across data and analytics. Identify and assess inbound data sources and existing configurations, carry out data and gap analysis, and define configuration requirements at global and local level. Define global and regional user stories and assess alignment between local requirements and Core product capabilities. Drive collection, tracking and closure of configuration requirements and open questions before scope confirmation. Document regional user stories in Jira for local configurable parameters, maintaining traceability to Core. Translate requirements for development and test teams, and coordinate local configuration. Route change requests through the established change management process. Data migration Drive collection, tracking and closure of data migration requirements, keeping local needs aligned with the global migration approach. Coordinate regional migration activities and validate data readiness against agreed quality criteria. Support migration testing, cutover preparation and business sign-off. Testing (SIT, UAT and integration) Own SIT activities. Work with peers across programme workstreams to validate end-to-end business processes. Coordinate integration testing with external validators. Enable functional UAT, including testing of local configuration. This means supporting the Data Lead to draft test scripts, coordinating access and test data readiness, supporting execution, and triaging data-related defects. Deployment, go-live and hypercare Handle last-mile execution of the deployment strategy, including Analytics deployment. Support production deployment, post-deployment validation and go-live. Support hypercare. This covers defect triage, issue investigation, ops-ticketing coordination and resolution sessions, and communicating business impact and priority. Prepare knowledge transfer and operational handover materials, and support operational setup, including BAU ingestion from inbound data sources. Lead the post-launch reassessment of data and analytics priorities. Change management and communications Work with the OCM Enablement Lead on the Analytics-related change strategy and ongoing rollout communications. Release impact, governance and continuous improvement Assess the impact of Core releases on existing configurations and downstream integrations, and flag risks and regression needs to the Implementation Team. Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and programme squads, highlighting risks, impacts and enhancement opportunities. Capture lessons learned and reusable practices to speed up future deployment waves. Required experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale data, MDM or analytics implementations, ideally global programmes with multi-country rollouts. Commercial or sales experience where data and AI drive decisions, for example sales and marketing analytics, customer segmentation and targeting, next-best-action, or CRM-driven commercial operations. This includes the ability to link data and AI capabilities to commercial outcomes. Experience with data migration: requirements, readiness validation, testing and cutover. Strong SIT/UAT background, including test script design, defect triage and business sign-off. Working knowledge of Jira and agile delivery, including maintaining traceability between global and local backlogs. Experience supporting go-live and hypercare in a production environment. Desirable Life sciences or pharmaceutical commercial experience. Familiarity with CRM platforms and commercial data ecosystems. Exposure to organisational change management and enablement. Key competencies Able to explain complex system behaviour clearly to business and technical audiences. Structured and proactive about closing open items. Comfortable working across global, regional and local stakeholders in a matrix environment. Sound judgement on risk and priority under delivery pressure. we need Business analyst ,who has good exposure to Analytics "for example sales and marketing analytics, customer segmentation and targeting, next-best-action, or CRM-driven commercial operations. This includes the ability to link data and AI capabilities to commercial outcomes.
