Job Title: Prompt Engineer – Entry Level (Non-Coding) Location: Mumbai / Remote Experience: 0–2 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Entry-Level Prompt Engineer to work with AI tools and improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of AI-generated responses. This is a non-coding role and is suitable for candidates who have strong communication skills, logical thinking, and an interest in AI and technology. Key Responsibilities • Create, test, and refine prompts for AI-based applications. • Experiment with different prompt structures to improve AI responses. • Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, and consistency. • Identify issues in AI responses and modify prompts to achieve better results. • Create and maintain prompt templates and guidelines. • Work with operations and other teams to understand requirements and convert them into effective prompts. • Test AI responses across different scenarios and use cases. • Document successful prompts, testing results, and improvements. • Continuously explore new AI tools and prompting techniques. Requirements • 0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant skills/projects can apply. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong command of English grammar and sentence formation. • Good logical and analytical thinking. • Ability to understand a requirement and convert it into clear instructions for AI. • Strong attention to detail. • Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms. • Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI tools and techniques. Good to Have • Any personal or academic projects involving ChatGPT/GenAI. • Experience creating prompts, AI content, chatbots, or AI-assisted workflows. • Understanding of LLMs and how generative AI works at a basic level. • Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages can be an advantage, depending on the use case.
